These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MCPify ("Service"), operated by MCPify ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or using MCPify, you agree to these Terms.
MCPify provides an AI-powered customer support chatbot that integrates with Shopify stores and other websites. The Service connects to your store's data to answer customer questions automatically.
To use MCPify, you must have a valid Shopify store or website. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API credentials. You must not share your access tokens with unauthorized parties.
You agree not to use MCPify to:
MCPify accesses your store data (products, orders, pages) solely to provide AI responses to your customers. We do not sell your data or your customers' data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
When you connect MCPify to your Shopify store, we access the following data with your permission: product catalog, inventory levels, order information, and store pages. This data is used only to answer customer questions and is not stored permanently beyond what is needed for immediate responses.
MCPify is offered on a subscription basis. Billing occurs monthly. You may cancel at any time. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans — contact hello@mcpify.live within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.
Plan limits (conversation counts) reset on your monthly billing date. Overages beyond your plan limit will result in service interruption until the next billing cycle or a plan upgrade.
We aim for 99.9% uptime. MCPify is built on Cloudflare's global infrastructure. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control, including third-party AI provider outages or Shopify API changes.
MCPify and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MCPify and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your store data remains your property at all times.
MCPify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI responses are generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated responses to customers that could affect your business.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MCPify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost profits or lost data.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing portal or by contacting hello@mcpify.live.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
